Michael Niemann is the Founder and CEO of Next New Concept, Inc. (NNC). He demonstrates an unwavering lifetime commitment to the design, efficient manufacturing, and marketing of quality products. With over 35 years of experience specifically introducing building components for residential construction, Niemann is known as an industry authority for his acumen in product and materials knowledge, innovation, and creative thinking.

 

Previously, Niemann served as Division President of Monarch Window Company, Adel, Iowa (1996-1998); and Founder and CEO of the company now known as HercuTech Inc., Phoenix, AZ (1998-2019), manufacturers of his award-winning HercuWall®. He has served as Founder, CEO, President, General Manager and several fiduciary Board Memberships throughout his career, Niemann has directed R&D, new products and process developments, and led go to market for successful product introductions.

 

Niemann has worked with large builders including Meritage Homes, Mattamy Homes, and Woodside Homes (a division of Sekisui House, Japan), as well as hundreds of other projects. He has also served as an outside industry expert on the Lafarge-Holcim New Product Introduction Advisory Committee for ARIUM™ (2017); a speaker at MIT’s 2015 Concrete Sustainability Conference; and a speaker at Harvard Business School (2004).

 

Niemann is well respected for his ability to forge corporate strategies, key management, top-level sales, and lead robust R&D to launch products, projects, and enterprises.
