He holds a Ph.D. in Environmental Sciences (Ecology and Applied Microbiology) and a Master's degree in Environmental Sciences from the University of Quebec in Montreal (UQAM); an MBA in Bio-Industries and High Technology Management from the School of Management Sciences ESG-UQAM, and a Master's degree in Earth Sciences from the University of Abidjan, Côte d'Ivoire.

Jerry Washburn, CPA, Finance and Compliance Officer, is a seasoned strategic C-Suite executive with over 35 years of operating-finance-information technology experience in a variety of senior level roles (CFO, COO, CEO, Advisory and Fiduciary Boards) across multiple industry sectors spending most of his career actively participating in and leading early-stage and emerging market companies through rapid scale and transition.
Abdoulaye Sambou, MBA, NNC Laison Officer to Senegal, is a results-driven senior business professional with more than 15 years' experience in finance and operations management. His skills streamline businesses to drive growth and increase efficiencies. Originally from Senegal, Sambou demonstrates an extensive knowledge in international development, managing projects of different scales.
Tom Gardo, Advisor – Public Relations, has worked as a senior executive and consultant in marketing communications and public relations for more than 40 years.
