Lenders &  Investors
We are seeking project funding for current and future
development projects.
Fully collateralized $100 million to $1 billion.

Summation:

1.    A proven entrepreneurial management team with a global perspective. The insight to identify markets and structure opportunities that benefit all stakeholders, our staff and employees, and our homebuyers.

2.    A premier large-scale project that demonstrates NNC manufacturing capacity, finished homes and developments, providing proof of concept that solidifies our ability to perform, demonstrating our vision for the future of Africa's housing.

a.    EBURNEA CITY ONE PROJECT (ECOP) is a SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT, a modern green city, projected to house more than 100,000 residents, and represents a significant part of the modernization plan of Yamoussoukro, the country’s capital city.

b.    ECOP initially consists of 25,000 single family homes on ~3,000 acres located within the District of Yamoussoukro, Côte d’Ivoire. Yamoussoukro is the political capital of the country and, at the behest of the Federal Government, is now being advanced into a modern city that will soon house the Federal Bureaucracy currently based in Abidjan. Once fully operational, NNC will manufacture and construct 500 homes per month. ECOP revenues to NNC exceed $3.8 billion.

c.    ECOP is our showcase. NNC has dozens of opportunities within Côte d’Ivoire working with our current Joint Venture partner. Outside of Côte d’Ivoire, discussions with Benin, Senegal, and others are ongoing. In addition to ECOP, active dialogue represents over $25 billion in future revenues.

d.    ECOP consists of 30% Tier 1 affordable homes targeting lower-income employed; 50% Tier 2 affordable homes targeting average-income employed; 10% Tier 3 deluxe homes for upper income; and 10% Tier 4 premium homes (luxury) for high-income buyers. We have 35,000 pre-approved buyers subscribed.

3.    NNC and our in-country JV partner have garnered the full support of the local and federal governments. The demand for housing is unmet with recent surveys stating the country has a deficit of one million houses over the next decade, reflecting the rapid economic growth of the county and its median population age of 18 years.

4.    Low median age and economic growth drives housing demand throughout Africa, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia. Opportunities are abundant and as NNC demonstrates its market position in Africa, it will quickly prove its position as the leading source of high-volume, high-quality, sustainable housing throughout the world.
